What's the difference between Rune Coin, Skulls and Golden Skulls?

There are a few different currencies in-game. Rune Coin, Skulls and Golden Skulls. Below is info on each!

What is Rune Coin used for?

Rune Coin is a War Mage's best friend when it comes to buying Traps or paying for Sentinels during a Mission. Feel free to use as much or as little as you want!

The Rune Coin will carry over between waves, but not so often between Missions. Check out the article "Can I save my Rune Coin between Waves / Missions?" for more info!

What are Skulls used for?

Skulls can be used for Upgrading Traps, Purchasing new Threads and Skill Tree Unlocks! Using Skulls to upgrade and unlock things helps War Mages become more efficient and deadly against their Enemies!

Where do I use Golden Skulls?

The Blacksmith will sell you a new Trap for every Golden Skull you obtain. Considering the variety of Traps their are in-game, there's plenty to work for!
